Internet connection keeps going off
Internet keeps going off but says connection is all good frustrated that we can't do anything about it if i have no internet i can't send or recieve messages nor can i watch tele

@Carly36 using a mobile connection run the connection test in the My Sky app if it tells you everything is fine click tonrun the broadnand test as thst result is from an earlier test. You should be told if Sky are aware of a fault in yourcarea or in some cases the app will offer to book an engineer if itvdoes neither call Sky and reportvtge issue.
