Terms and conditions contradictory

So I recently thought I may upgrade to FTTP from FTTC.

I figured I would look at the amazing offers available to me as a Valued !! SKY VIP Customer 🙂 (I think thats how its phrased)

The price came back at £43 for Full Fibre 500, as I was considering this I figured I would read the T&C's (everyone reads them right ???)

Well this is where I think everyone should be reading these

So you will see posted below and extract from Skys T&C's

So I am unsure why I would sign up to £43 per month and agree to the T&C's associated to the offer when according to said T&C's  as a valued Sky VIP customer I should be getting it for £29pm.

If anyone from sky is able to advise that would be appreciated..

This is a customer helps customer forum so all you can do is to call them to see if they can apply the £29 VIP offer price.

Re: Terms and conditions contradictory

I appreciate its a customer help forum...

I am highlighting this so that more customers are informed that perhaps it is worth a look at the T&C's they are signing up to (I know I dont normally read them).

Kind Regards
