Technical issue with ordering broadband online
We are currently with Vodafone and at the end of the contract and the price has doubled. We already have a sky stream account and want to change to Sky broadband. Uswitch have an offer on 150 with £80 voucher if you order online. Everytime I go through the process to order on Sky, I get to the end and it tells me there is a technical issue. I have phoned Sky and they tell me to use a different browser/clear cache etc, none of those work. Any ideas please?

@JonesyJill Logon to your sky account and add the broadband to the package!

@JonesyJill If you cannot do it online, then just call sky CS sales and have them take care off the whole transfer for you!

Thank you again for your reply. I did want the £80 voucher, so had to sign up through the link, not directly with Sky or by chat online/phone. I got so fed up and needed the broadband next week so I booked directly with Sky and oddly enough this time there was no technical issue! Remains to be seen if the voucher turns up, I doubt it....
