Not sure how much help this is but, so do mine and I don't have Sky Broadband!
Is anything else having problems or just Teams? Is it up to date? Assuming this is a work machine, do you use a VPN? Are you connected via WiFi? What happens if you use Ethernet?
Teams is an absolute 💩 platform, it genuinely could be it that is the problem.
Microsoft also provide some troubleshooting tips here.
