No Internet all day

I have had no Internet all day. First it said it was an external issue. But now it says that issue is fixed and my hub should be working, but it is not. I have tried all the trouble shooting suggestions online. Tried to talk with sky help chat, tried calling, but just get reverted back to the trouble shooting page. I have turned it off and on again. Unplugged and replugged the Internet cable from the back. Held the reset button down for 30 seconds. But nothing is working. Internet light is yellow as well as the phone light. Its really frustrating that I can't get any real help, its really disappointing. I work from home so have not been able to do any work at all today. Please help.

Have you run this line test:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
