I have found solution by reverting to password from previous sky box.

@Bf8 

You may need to temporarily disable 5ghz on your Sky hub and/or change the security encryption method to WPA2 rather than WPA3. All these settings can be changed on the My Sky app under advanced WiFi settings for your hub.
