Talk Talk hub

Switched to Sky from Talk Talk earlier this week and it’s all gone horribly wrong. I was on fibre 150 with Talk Talk but only had copper to house. Openreach brought forward the fibre install ONT box etc to Tuesday 8th July from 18th July and shortly after install I lost my Talk Talk service even though I was yet to be activated by Sky or indeed receive a Sky hub. On the 9th I get a text to say Sky broadband is active. 4 days later I still have no hub despite 3 phone calls and no sign of it being dispatched. Really regret switching but my question is will my Talk Talk Hub support Sky in the meantime. What settings would need to be configured in the advanced settings or is it just incompatible???

That particular hardware was not intended to work with Sky Broadband, so if it does then that's a coincidence....

ISP branded routers are generally compatible only with broadband from that particular ISP, although this is slightly less true with FTTP.

You could try connecting the ONT ethernet port with whichever ethernet port on the TalkTalk unit is designated for WAN.

Thanks I have tried that and I get a white light on my hub but my WiFi connection to my phone states 'No internet connection' even though in my router settings I see this image attached.  Not sure what is up tbh.
