TV keeps pausing and sound is out of sync

I've just upgraded to Sky Max Hub, but my tv keeps pausing and sound is often out of sync? Why?

Mine is the exact same, tv keeps telling me program is loading and screen is going blue. The volume cuts off and I'm having to switch off the tv and put it back on to get the volume back and the lip sync is completely off track. Help!!
