Hi everyone. 

just bought a TP-Link to extend the WiFi in the home and when getting to the point of choosing which type of router I have it fails to find any working link and can't set it up. I've read a few links asking previous and wondering if anyone has been able to connect to the TP, as looks as if the Sky router is the issue. 

im not the most technical minded so help appreciated and if I need to take it back and get another system if easier that is an option. 

any help greatly appreciated.

I've three TP-Link range extenders/access points on my system. They're connected to my Sky router by ethernet and all work fine. Are you connecting by WiFi? If so this answer won't help!

All sorted, just had to plug into a different Ethernet port. The simple things!
