Dear Sky,
I am writing regarding my contract, which includes a guarantee that the internet connection will work in every room of my house. Unfortunately, this guarantee is not being met.
Despite my home office being located next to the Wi-Fi hub, the connection quality is poor, and I have experienced significant issues during phone calls. Additionally, the Wi-Fi does not work at all in the upstairs rooms.
Given these ongoing issues, I am requesting a refund for the additional payment I made for guaranteed whole-house coverage, as the service has not been delivered as promised.
I look forward to your prompt response to resolve this matter. Could you please send one of your technicians and check the issue?
