I have arranged to move my Sky service to a new address on 6 January. Sky say they will switch off service at the old house on 3 January. Why the early switch off?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@IronMike1 not 100% sure but given the switch is handled by Openreach not Sky themselves it maybe when Openreach can schedule the work. You can try calling Sky to query the switch but tge chances they can change it will be low.
