Hi, I've just signed up to Sky broadband and TV. I'll be moving from BT (broadband and entertainment package). How does Sky know I'm moving? I've not been asked at any point in the online sales process.
I'm confused!

you need to ensure that you cancel the tv element yourself directly with bt
