Switch from Old Tenenat's Account to my New Account - Not worked

Broadband was working on Monday morning at 6am. Using old tenants old router. This switched off at 8am. Got message saying my new broadband was switching over. They had Sky, I was getting Sky so it was being done remotely.

 

Since then I have plugged in the new router after receving a message saying it was finished switching on by Openreach. Not had any internet since.

 

Did all the tests and it says it needs and engineer. Which I do not agree with.

 

My experience is that I have DSL sync but no internet. It needs Sky to clear the stale session and kick the line on the BRAS/RADIUS? If needed, reset my port and re-provision the circuit. The previous tenant’s Sky service worked this morning on the same pair, so this looks like an authentication/mer session issue rather than a physical fault. I have   “Broadband/DSL light solid, Internet/Globe amber.” “Router is my Sky hub.” “Power-cycled for 5+ minutes and left it 10–15 minutes to re-authenticate.”

Anything else to help?

@WorStevo84NE What sky Hub did you get to provision on the copper connection, linked below the current sky hubs, would be good to know both types if you have changed them.
