Broadband speed has dropped to 8mbs

So I'm having issues with my broadband speed it has dropped down to 8mbs I've done all the troubleshooting tips they give you what do I do next it's not the first time it's done this but it did sort it self out but I'm paying for superfast not superslow

@Brosnan The final stage is a call to sky for them to look at what is going on, have you done that?
