My Norton 360 app has flagged my sky broadband connection as suspicious and recently compromised by an attacker.
can't seem to speak to a human at sky, has anyone else had this before?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Em89 it is probsbly be a false alarm but without seeing the exact message it is difficult to advise. Sky take security seriously but the bigest security risk is somebody clicked on a link in an incoming email or message that loaded a trojan.

Thanks. I'll keep trying to speak to someone, it's been notifying me with the same message since yesterday and keeps telling me to leave the network

By default your Sky home network should be secure unless someone has weakened the security by changing settings. If you suspect a device has been compromised run a security scan.
