Suspicious network
My Norton 360 app has flagged my sky broadband connection as suspicious and recently compromised by an attacker.
can't seem to speak to a human at sky, has anyone else had this before?

Re: Suspicious network
@Em89 it is probsbly be a false alarm but without seeing the exact message it is difficult to advise. Sky take security seriously but the bigest security risk is somebody clicked on a link in an incoming email or message that loaded a trojan.

Re: Suspicious network
Thanks. I'll keep trying to speak to someone, it's been notifying me with the same message since yesterday and keeps telling me to leave the network

Re: Suspicious network
@Em89 it is doubtful Sky customer services will be able to help either with such a vague warning.
By default your Sky home network should be secure unless someone has weakened the security by changing settings. If you suspect a device has been compromised run a security scan.
