had the new 1.6 gigafast fitted 3 weeks ago and its rubbish

Hi everyone 

I'm new on here but I've had the new gig superfast fibre fitted and it, 's rubbish. I've had it for 3 weeks and it is no better than the normal broadband.

How can I get this sorted? No one on the phone knows what to do

Sky doesn't resell a 1.6Gbs service: that's currently only available through EE.

Do you have the Gigabit Sky FTTP product through an ONT and a white Max Hub?

That's the one the gigabyte one still only getting 50mb download speed

@markmetcalfe66 how are you measuring speeds? If its over wifi you are likely measuring the wifi speed in your home which can be the limiting factor. Howevercwhile it is extremly unlikely you would get the full 900Mb/s over wifi you should get more tgan 50Mb/s - are you taking thecspeed from an app like Steam by any chance?
