Supper fast broadband

I've been sky for around 15 years and now you say I have got super fast broadband suitable for download well a 2 hour down takes 10 hours plus this isn't good enough

'Superfast' is a product name used to differentiate FTTC from ADSL: according to Ofcom any service theoretically capable of 30Mbs inbound to the router is 'Superfast'.

 

If you post your Hub stats, we'll have some information about your particular phone line and internet connection to work with.

 

Note that it's speed arriving at the Hub which counts against the minimum speed guarantee, not speed test website results on a wireless device.
