Internet down again

Once again the internet dropped out & showing an amber light on the voice light! 

This isn't the first time this has happened & both times now I have lost so much online content!! 

I am ending my contract with sky as soon as possible. 

Terrible service.

@PastySmasher Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Thanks for your help but it turns out it was a nationwide issue. Unfortunately for Sky this isn't the first time.
