Superfast or full fibre?
My contract is up for renewal and I have the superfast 80 broadband at the moment.
Can anyone tell me if the full fibre broadband is better?and what package to go for?75/100/150 what's the difference?
Wanting fast download and streaming etc also do sky offer booster packages?as some rooms are unable to get WiFi.
Thanks

Re: Superfast or full fibre?
@SLN83 whether you can get full fibre depends on whether Openreach have availability in your road you can check this here https://www.openreach.com/fibre-checker
Full fibre is far better technology as you cut out the aging copper line from the cabinet to your home which limits speeds (80Mb/s is the fastest many customers get far less if their line is over 200m long). In practive you can buy whatever fibre speed you want up to 900Mb/s and get that most of the time. If full fibre is available at your address when you next start a new contract Openreach will normally require you to switch to full fibre.
What speed you require depends on the size of your household and the use you will make of the connection. Larger househokds say with multiple kids who want to game etec need more than a household of 2 people. Sky are aware few people actually use more than a small fraction of the higher speed packages but with TV viewing switching to streamed services 150Mb/s seems a sensible minimum.
However major caveat which is improving speeds to the hub will often not overcome poor wifi speeds to devices in your home. If your current issues are related to the speeds between the hub and your devices you would need to address those as well. Several different so,utions including paying for Sky's WiFi Max service which will supply up to 3 extenders to give a minimum of 25Mb/s in every room. Alternatively you can buy one of the many whole home wifi systemsbut before doing so post again to check your choice plays nicely with Sky's connection as not all will.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
