Superfast broadband false advertising

I am at the end of my broadband contract and looking to renew or go somewhere else. So eventually spoke with a sky representative and said I can up grade to full fibre 300 he even gave me a price. A week later I'm still waiting for confirmation when it will be swapped over, so I phoned. Now they tell me it's not available in my area???? I can go on sky website and put my address in and it tells me that full fibre is available at that address. I mentioned this to the call taker and was told to ignore it as its wrong!!!!!!! Isn't that false advertising?
