Samsung TV - no connection

My sky broadband has connected, no problems, to every device in my house but not my Samsung TV. 
It's like it won't even try. The TV is only a couple of years old and has connected with no problem to my past broadbands.

Do you get any error messages at all? How far does the process get?

Which Sky hub do you have?
