Super slow wifi

My internet is so slow and I don't know how to get help.

I contacted Sky who said its really fast and fine in their speed test.

I feel like they are gaslighting me xD

I'm not very technical though and no clue what to do.

Sky would have been referring to speed delivered from the internet to the router.  If you are using wireless devices then both statements can be true.
