Very frustrating to have incredibly slow broadband speeds- so slow we can't connect our heating hub to any of our radiators meaning the house is freezing. Speed tests on sites other than sky show that the speeds are far below our guarantees, but Sky's test shows nothing is wrong- very convenient! I have no idea what to do. Quite desperate with kiddies in the house and them being cold.
