Stuck on "We're setting up your sky max hub"

Swapped to Sky from Plusnet yesterday.Wifi and Internet working fine and can access the hub through the IP address, but the app is just stuck on "We're setting up your sky max hub". Tried reinstalling the app and rebooting the router but not sure what else I can do.

@Ian_W i would call Sky when the lines open from around 8am if the message hasn't cleared. The hub should operate properly without the app control simply you can't change things like the SSID and the wifi password which is annoying but hopefully not a major issue for you.

 

Sky have apparently several ,hundred thousand of these units in use but some users do suffer similar issues as you have so theybhave clearly not got all of the bugs out of the set up as yet.

To be honest I forgot about it, then checked a few weeks later and it had just fixed itself! Sorry I can't give a more useful answer!

I've actually ended up binning the Sky hub altogether as the WiFi coverage was awful. Swapped it for an Asus router and never looked back

Which Asus router did you end up going for? Was it easy to set up?

ASUS TUF-AX6000

Very easy to set up, there's a post on here somewhere with instructions but very simple.
