Struggling with internet connection

Our internet box is showing all 3 green lights but no devices are working properly in our house. I've ran a couple of tests on the app and they say it's working ok and nothing wrong in my area but we have a issue as nothing is loading on our phones, computer or even our sky glass... it's struggling to connect and if it does it's displaying voices behind the picture.
