Streaming apps freezing

Does anyone have issues with their apps freezing. I have ultrafast plus and a skyq box. But apps keep freezing every 5 mins or so. 
Prime is the worst one followed closely by Disney plus.  
I've checked all the equipment thru sky. All ok. Ran a speed checker on it. It's worst time is around 6 pm onwards. But the speed checker tells my my average is a lot lower than the sky one tells me. 
any ideas on what the issue could be.
