Two days ago my Internet dropped. Sky said the fault was outside and it would be fixed. Today my hub is showing as online but without Internet. I followed all the steps to reset the box removing and reattaching the DSL cable and restarting the hub. Running sky's broadband and WiFi checker shows no problems but I still have no Internet! Help!
