Streaming Issue

I'm on full fibre 150mbps and my TV is continuously dropping out and buffering while trying to stream. There are no other users in the house and its not a massive house so the distance from the router shouldn't be a problem. Sky's 'broadband tester' say's everythings fine when it isn't and I can't find a number to actually speak to anyone from Sky about this!?

@JT65  The brpadband tester only tests to the router for speed. Wi-Fi in a property is different for everyone. Is the TV in the same room as the router?

Its in the room next door. Regardless this isn't acceptable. Is anyone actually able to talk to someone or does Sky only offer an endless loop around their website?

@JT65  Do you have a black or white router from Sky when you got the fibre 150 package?
