Open Reach Contact Number to chase line order from sky

Hi, was due to have sky broadband installed on 17/7, however no one turned up. Checked with sky and told that they can't install broadband as there are no free bt lines to the junction box which connects to our apartment block. They can't give a date when it can be fitted. Have managed to get an Open Reach tracking number but can't find an Openreach Contact number or email address. Any help would be greatly appreciated.😊👍

Openreach do not engage directly with customers like ourselves. They only engage with the ISPs such as Sky.

You cant chase Openreach for updates on such an issue, you need to go through Sky. If Sky were not able to complete your install 5 days ago because of no free lines that has unlikely changed and could stay like that for months if Openreach need to install new Infrastructure.

Re: Open Reach Contact Number to chase line order from sky

My experience - the Openreach fibre checker will say "full fibre available to order now", Sky will happily sell you the service as part of an expensive monthly bundle, then, when the engineer arrives to install, he will tut and say they need to do some more work, which will be a maximum of 2 weeks.
Three months later and I am getting weekly updates that "Openreach are monitoring the situation and will try everything to install as soon as possible". Followed by another similar update in 10 days time.
