Royal Mail said they delivered my parcel to my address at 2.30pm. They did not.
the photo shows a different door on the next road up. I knocked on that exact door and they have not received my parcel and had been working from home all day. Royal Mail have been dishonest. What next please?
Report it to Sky who will start a joint investigation with Royal Mail.
