issue with optical network terminal – missing oower cable
My Sky Broadband is due to be activated on 26 January, and I’ve already received the modem.
I checked the setup instructions in advance, but I noticed that my optical network terminal doesn’t have a power cable, so I’m unable to power it on.
Has anyone experienced this before?

@Lillie_e Yes many have it's all over the Forum, you are stuck until the day after the activation, nothing can be or will be until it all fails after midnight, then you call sky 8am to 8pm and let them know, few day's or so later when organised a OR or CF however the Fibre supplier is will work out how to get a new one to you with an Engineer to fit it!!!!
If you want to get one yourself, then you need to look say who's you have and will link the info to go get on Amazon now before the waiting period begins!

Is there a number I can call Sky right now so they can organise an engineer to fit it asap, so I don’t have to wait a few more days after the activation date?
