my internet keeps dropping off and need to continue to reconnect can you help please

@Jake56 if you have a black Sky hub post its connection stats as those help,forum members to identify what may becwrong see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

Hi

 

i do not have this hub, however, when running these tests "everything is fine". Even though I can see my devices switch to 4G regularly throughout the day.
