Since moving to my new property in October this year I still don't have internet. There's a blockage outside so Sky are waiting for Open reach to fix this. The issue is that OR say they have contacted the relevant 3 party and still waiting for the response however I've spoken to the council (dcc) who are responsible for the paving which needs digging and they haven't had any request. It's now over 2 months and Open Reach can't be contacted directly and Sky customer service aren't much help either. Does anyone have any contacts at these companies that can actually help.
