Still no broadband

I have had no broadband since Friday morning, four days. Can you let me know when it will be reinstated.

Not really. In case you aren’t aware we are mainly fellow customers on here trying to help other customers and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum.

 

Have you reported this to Sky? Openreach aim to fix individual domestic faults in two working days from being informed.

@SWestgate a fault reported on Friday should be fixed by the end of the following Tuesday (second working day after the report) if it isnt then you will be due compensation see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com
