Still getting the timer when using Netflix and prime

I have super fast fibre but still get the clock when streaming

One assumes you mean buffering and the videos not starting, or stopping and starting randomly. If you are connected by WiFi which is usually then it is good to try repositioning the wireless router in a better place, up high and central in the house and see whether that improves the speed.

Thanks for your reply, alas when they fitted the fibre my router had to go to the end of the house, it's only a 3 bed semi but found we can't get a good signal in the back garden either. Should I inform sky. Alan

For covering the 3-bedroom house internally with Sky WiFi Max contact Sky directly, for the garden, unfortunately, Sky won't guarantee coverage in that area.
