Re: Still getting the timer when using Netflix and prime
One assumes you mean buffering and the videos not starting, or stopping and starting randomly. If you are connected by WiFi which is usually then it is good to try repositioning the wireless router in a better place, up high and central in the house and see whether that improves the speed.
Zen internet on FTTP (900Mbps down, 100Mbps up). SAT> IP (Apple 4K 2nd gen TV to LG C1 OLED UHD TV/Dolby Atmos Denon AVR, DacMagic Plus for Hi-Res audio), hosting own blog/forum (cluster), OPNsense & Zenarmor L4/L7 NGFW & DPI IDS/IPS, Asus ET12 Pro Tri-Band wifi, Linux, Gamer: Xbox Series X/i7 laptop, round-robin DNS over HTTPS, non-proprietary VoIP HD AMR-WB (G.722.2) and more... Beta tester Apple iOS/watchOS/tvOS/iPadOS/macOS.

Re: Still getting the timer when using Netflix and prime
Thanks for your reply, alas when they fitted the fibre my router had to go to the end of the house, it's only a 3 bed semi but found we can't get a good signal in the back garden either. Should I inform sky. Alan

Re: Still getting the timer when using Netflix and prime
For covering the 3-bedroom house internally with Sky WiFi Max contact Sky directly, for the garden, unfortunately, Sky won't guarantee coverage in that area.
