Re: Still being charged
How did you cancel and did Sky email you confirming the cancellation?

Re: Still being charged
Hello @Daniel0210 , Thankyou for your reply. I had a new broadband supplier install on 30th May and they said that they informed sky about the change of supplier. I have just checked and I received no email from sky to confirm cancellation.

If you cancelled on 30 May and had a new service provided the same day you still had the 14 day notice period so by my reckoning that finished yesterday (13 June). It may be worth calling Sky and confirming the cancellation has gone through. Another provider can only notify Sky if they also use the Openreach infrastructure.

So did you cancel via Sky or did you sign up to this new supplier via the broadband switch proccess ?
