Sky max pod keep flashing white

Hi guys. I plugged my sky max pod right next to my sky max hub this morning but after 12 hours it is keeps flashing white and it is not connected. I tried it with older sky Q hub but result is the same. Do you have any advice please?

You'll need to contact Sky for the issue of it not connecting to the Sky Max router, it needs to be registered on your account and the complete Sky Max system is AI-driven for security.
