I've newly joined sky and need to know about the startup process..I have brought broadband package and don't have the device at home can u kindly guide me whether there will be a delivery of broadband device or I need to arrange.kindly guide through the process up till activation.

Sky will schedule the despatch of router hardware to arrive before the activation date, and book any installation work required at the address (typically the provisioning of FTTP infrastructure)
