Startup

I've newly joined sky and need to know about the startup process..I have brought  broadband package and don't have the device at home can u kindly guide me whether there will be a delivery of broadband device or I need to arrange.kindly guide through the process up till activation.

@Anum1  You can normally follow the process of all the way to your activation in my account in track orders which also tells you about your router delivery.

Sky will schedule the despatch of router hardware to arrive before the activation date, and book any installation work required at the address (typically the provisioning of FTTP infrastructure)
