So in Feb upgraded to giafast Internet from the 76mbs one
A few years ago I was sent a hub 6 su213 white box and on the box the seal says fttc
Since having giga fast everymorning on the app it says last check and daily average is 80mbps
I run the test broadband and after a while it changes to 912mbps. I have rest the router to factory default phoned sky number of times over it and they run the test and to the router im getting 912mb and they sent me the get out of contact email if I want to use it due to the problem
Has anyone got any ideas what it could be or what causing it

That seems too exact to be real. 80Mb is the max of FTTC (if you were right on top of the cabinet) - I would ignore it as long as a real speedtest is giving proper FTTP speeds.

Do something real like download a big game or OS update on a PC. If that works at high speed, you're fine.

Then you're fine. Xbox updates top out at the hard drive write speed which is probably why you're not getting any higher but it's clearly more than 80Mb
btw the 909 there clearly says "speed to your hub" (not from the hub to the internet) which is pretty damn quick for wifi.
I suspect the app is out of date and has no idea what fttp is and is just reporting the max 80 for fttc.

@buzzhouse1 there looks to be an error in the historic speed report on your account so I am I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. So an update on this problem sky have decided to put a note on my account that i can leave with out paying if i want or persaver with it
Now my work collegaue has just got the 500mbps with sky and his app is showing correct. He has advised me they put a whole new line in.
So im thinking now is it i dont have a fibre line and there using the old coax cable hence the app only showing 80mbps but u run the test and it says 912mbp

@buzzhouse1 Where is the sky SR213 Max hub connected too, port4 marked Wan with an RJ45 cable to the OR Fibre ONT is how it should be.
If you Ethernet connect to the hub and do a download speed test what speed does it report to you. It just looks like you account profile is all messed up, look at your picture, it says, And if the daily history is still reporting the 80Mb/s then something still thinks that the profile is on a FTTC connection which is by nature 80/20Mb/s split!
As long as you get over the few hundred Mb/s when testing then it is just the account side that sky needs to go look at!

Its pluged in to port 4 with the rj45 cable, from a little box on the wall openreqch provided

@buzzhouse1 At least you are connected up the right way, so the final part's are your speed testing, and after that getting sky to fix your connection side history to display it all correct for you!
