@David232 there is an online chat function but it is in heavy demand so you msy not see the link at all times. There is a chat team who support the forum but they can only dea l with certain issues. If you explain the problem one of the forum Superusers can if escalate your post if the team can help.

thank you for your reply what it is I placed a order it was delayed as I was still in process of leaving BT which I have done and I am no longer a BT customer as of yesterday but my order with sky is still delayed I spoke to someone on the phone who didn't really understand my issue but she said my hub will arrive today and go live today I have had message by text saying different so really confused

You don't appear to have read my earlier reply. You've added to a thread on the broadband board but your issue is either with your landline or Sky mobile.
