Hi I have tried what you said and get to the deselecting and changing the SSID name then click apply and it says connection lost and throws me out. I've tried rebooting the router same message any ideas thanks Chris

Are you doing it on a WiFi connected device? If so use ethernet.

I actually moved over to BT broadband yesterday and it's solved the issues. Thanks though 😆

Bit late to the party on this one, but as I've only recently signed up to Sky hopefully I can be excused! 

As others, I'm wanting to seperate out the 2.4 & 5 Ghz. However, when I log into the Gateway I can't find the tick box to syncronise settings. The only option I can see is Edit. When i select this I'm told to download the My Sky app and modify the settings from there. When I do this I still can't find an option to seperate out 2.4 & 5 Ghz setting. Am I missing something blindingly obvious?
