Splitting 5Ghz and 2.4

Hi,

Hope someone can help me.

I recently upgraded my bradband to 5G. Some of my devices will only work with 2.4 so I have attempted to log in to see if I can split however am stuck with Username and Password. Tried to do some research and tried to use "admin" as username and then the router password but this did not work.

Tried to contact Sky for support but unable to contact by phone or get any technical support on chat at all. Have been with Sky for many many years, rarely had a question but the last time I did I was able to use chat and phone. Not a change for the better!  many Thanks

Does it allow you to override that message . You are only using it on your home network and no info goes past the router

Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 43 inch UHD tv, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21

If I get it right mark as answered
If I get it wrong humour me
If I say something you like give a thumbs up
