@MCFC if the speed to your hub is lower than the guaranteed minimum for 3 days continously you can invoke the Speed Guarantee as explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-broadband-speed-guarantee

 

However given speeds to your devices depend on WiFi speeds in your home these are not covered.
