My internet speed last 2 months  to slow  I fedup. I regrets  to switch to sky so dispointed  if they don't fix it I'll switch again

Just in ad email.they said we will test one week. If still slow internet you could leave us

That suggests you are on a problematic FTTC connection which Sky has no confidence Openreach will improve.  Unfortunately every other Openreach ISP will inherit exactly the same issue.
