Internet lost

Good day, 

 

I lost internet connection at 3pm today and did not manage to fix it using the online tools. I work from home, I need to have it resolved as tethering through my phone is not ideal. Thanks

@ManuelSky  You're in a domestic service, working from home gives you no greater priority.

 

Have you reported the fault to Sky, the SLA for fixing faults is 2 working days from being reported.

 

Also no one here can resolve it for you as this is a customer led community not Sky Technical support, in addition no one from Sky would know who you are from your community login as it is not linked to your account with Sky.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
