Dropping broadband

Reported an issue with our sky setup and the engineer came out and put a new booster box in and we thought this had rectified the issue.  However this is not the case as the tv keeps saying there is an issue between mini box and q, but we loose all Internet at that time.

@HeleneST What about the lights on the booster box, how many and what are the colours off them all!

@HeleneST Would be good if you could follow and post up a capture as it looks on the link as below! Loosing everything we need to see if your wan link is dropping, allow a minute for all the fields to fill in before you capture, try not to make it small so the eyesight struggles to see!
