Speed
Hey my names David Smeaton and have discussed this at length a month ago I'm paying for WiFi speeds 900 and I only receive 21 to 30 mps

You're paying for 900Mbs broadband (delivered as far as the Hub over optical fibre and ethernet cable)
WiFi is is not broadband, and always reduces to zero Mbs on the other side of a few walls or over some tens of metres of clear air.
The 'WiFi Guarantee' (if the WiFi Max subscription supplement is on the account) is for 25Mbs

So recognising this is a customer forum, how have you been taking the speed test and/or which app are you using?
